I’m a former pelvic floor physical therapist turned chronic pain guide — blending pain neuroscience with feminine healing. I specialize in chronic pelvic pain, bladder urgency, anxiety-driven symptoms, and the invisible weight so many women carry in their bodies. After years of watching clients stay stuck despite the best PT protocols, I discovered the deeper truth: chronic pain isn’t just structural — it’s often neuroplastic, created by brain and nervous system pathways trying to protect us.
